Fire door, any combination of fire door leaf, door frame, hardware and other accessories that can jointly provide a certain degree of fire protection at the opening.
Fire doors can be classified according to their materials: wooden fire doors, steel fire doors, steel wood fire doors and other materials fire doors. Our commonly used fire doors are wood fire doors and steel fire doors.
Interpretation of the composition of the fire door:
Fire door leaf and door frame
The door leaf and door frame of the commonly used wooden fire door and steel fire door are difficult to use. It is made of wood and steel. If the door leaf is filled with materials, it is filled with non-toxic and harmless fire and heat insulation materials.
Fireproof glass
If the fireproof door is inlaid with glass, fireproof glass should be used, and its fire resistance should meet the conditions of the corresponding type of fireproof door. (Fireproof glass should be inspected by a nationally recognized and authorized testing agency)
Door closers
Fire doors should be installed with fire door closers, or a normally open fire door should be installed in the event of a fire The door closing device that can automatically close the door leaf at the time (except for special parts, such as pipeline well doors, etc.). Fire door closers should be inspected by a nationally recognized and authorized testing agency; door closing devices that automatically close the door leaf should be tested by a nationally recognized and authorized testing agency.
Sequencer
The double-leaf fire door should have the function of self-closing in sequence, which is realized by the sequencer.
Fireproof locks
The door locks installed on fire doors should be fireproof locks, and the fireproof locks should be inspected by a nationally recognized and authorized testing agency.
The pipe well inspection door is locked and closed with a special fire-proof lock.
Fireproof hinge (hinge)
The thickness of the hinge (hinge) for fireproof door should be no less than 3mm.
Fireproof bolts
Steel fireproof bolts shall be used, and they shall be installed on the opposite fixed side of the double-leaf fire door or multiple fire doors (if required).
Seam cover panel
The double-leaf fire door with flat or spigot structure should be equipped with seam cover panel. The seam plate and the door leaf should be connected firmly; the cover seam plate should not hinder the normal opening and closing of the door leaf.
Fireproof seals
Fireproof seals should be embedded in the gaps between the door frame and the door leaf, and the door leaf and the door leaf of the fire door. For example: inflatable fireproof sealing tape, etc. (Fireproof seals should be inspected by a nationally recognized and authorized testing agency)
Fire escape locks (escape locks, fire locks)
Anti-passage push rod locks are used for emergency passages The door lock can be opened directly from the inside, and cannot be opened from the outside. It has a certain anti-theft function and is often used in places with high traffic such as shopping malls and supermarkets.
Reminder signs
Normally closed fire doors should be provided with reminder signs such as 'Keep the fire doors closed' in their obvious positions.
Fire doors are divided into heat insulation/partial heat insulation/non-heat insulation fire doors according to their fire resistance. What we usually call fire doors are heat insulation fire doors, which are divided into three types based on their fire resistance: Level (1.5h), Level B (1.0h), Level C (0.5h).
