Class A fire door
1. The highest level of fire separation (firewall, fire compartment, etc.)
2. Doors of crowded places (cinema, auditorium, etc.)
3. Important warehouse doors (secret room, archive room, etc.)
4. Doors for fire-fighting related equipment (transformer room, power distribution room, etc.)
5. Doors for non-fire-related important equipment (air-conditioning room, refrigerating room, etc.)
Class B fire door
1. Open the door on the safety exit (enclosed stairwell, smoke-proof stairwell and front room, etc.)
2. Halls and doors of entertainment buildings (KTV, amusement halls, etc.)
3. Rooms or places with high risk of fire house (kitchens in public buildings, ancillary warehouses of civil buildings, etc.)
4. Doors of rooms (places) used by vulnerable groups (operating room, delivery room, etc.)
5. The same function control scale division (hospital nursing unit room, etc.)
6. Equipment room (fire control room, etc.)
7. Alternative measures when the distance between doors and windows on both sides of the fire partition wall is insufficient
8. For residences larger than 54m and smaller than 100m, each household has a room door with a refuge function room, and windows open outside.
Class C fire door
1. Shaft protection (tube well doors, etc.)
2. Internally communicating doors and doors of some equipment rooms that open to the outdoors (transformation and distribution rooms, etc.)
Installation requirements for fire doors
1. Except for special circumstances, fire doors should be opened in the evacuation direction, and fire doors should be opened manually from any side after being closed.
2. Normally closed fire doors should be equipped with door closers, and double and multiple fire doors should be equipped with sequencers.
3. For normally open fire doors, the control, signal feedback device and on-site manual control device that can automatically close the door leaf in the event of a fire should be installed, and should meet the requirements of the product manual
4. The installation of the electric control device of the fire door should meet the requirements of the design and product specification.
5. The fire bolt should be installed on the door leaf on the opposite fixed side of the double door or multiple doors.
6. The fireproof seals embedded in the gap between the door frame and the door leaf, and the door leaf and the door leaf of the fire door shall be firm and intact.
7. The fire door set near the deformation joint should be installed on the side with more floors, and the door leaf should not cross the deformation joint after it is opened.
8. The steel fire door frame should be filled with cement mortar. The door frame and the wall should be firmly connected with embedded steel parts or expansion bolts, and the distance between the fixed points should not be greater than 600mm.
9. The overlap size between the door leaf and the frame of the fire door should not be less than 12mm.
10. The clearance between the door leaf and the frame of the fire door shall meet the following requirements:
1) The matching movement clearance between the door leaf and the door frame on the hinge side should not be greater than the dimensional tolerance specified in the design drawings.
2) The clearance between the door leaf and the locked side of the door frame should not be greater than the dimensional tolerance specified in the design drawings.
3) The clearance between the door leaf and the upper frame should not be greater than 3mm.
4) The gap between the door leaves of double and multiple doors should not be greater than 3mm.
5) The movable clearance between the door leaf and the lower frame or the ground should not be greater than 9mm.
6) The gap between the door leaf and the door frame, the hinge side, the lock side and the upper frame gap between the door leaf and the door frame, should not be greater than 3mm.
11. After the fire door is installed, the door leaf should be opened and closed flexibly, and there should be no rebound, angle, jamming, and loose closing.
12. Except for special circumstances, the opening force of the fire door leaf should not be greater than 80N.
Debugging requirements for fire doors
1. Normally closed fire doors, manually opened from either side of the door, should be closed automatically. When a signal feedback device is installed, the on and off status signals should be fed back to the fire control room.
2. Normally open fire door. After the fire detector on either side of the fire door alarms, it should be automatically closed, and the closing signal should be fed back to the fire control room.
3. The normally open fire door should be automatically closed after receiving the closing instruction manually issued by the fire control room, and the closing signal should be fed back to the fire control room.
4. Normally open fire door, after receiving the closing instruction manually issued on site, it should be automatically closed, and the closing signal should be fed back to the fire control room.
